Vic bathrooms completed a budget bathroom renovation in Templestowe

the initial visit:
-when the consultant visited the home and realized it was a small bathroom with bath and vanity
-there is separated toilet next door which is the only toilet for the 3beds unit
-the customer want to use the space for additional toilet

Small bathr0om renovation proposal:
-the consultant proposed to remove the existing bath and set up a shower for creating more space
-the consultant proposed a position for new toilet which previous was part of the bath space
-the vanity stay the same position
-use feature wall tiles with white bathroom design to make bathroom look bigger

Bathroom Renovation Detail:
-semi frameless shower screen
-600mm vanity with wooden finish
-Back to wall faced toilet suit
-Fixed square waterfall shower head & 1 mixer round vanity tap
-Flat edge mirror
-Double round towel rail

Tiling detail:
-300*600 gloss white tiles
-300*300 feature wall tiles
-300*300 light grey floor tiles
-Shower to have walk in style
-Shower tiling up to 2 meter all around

-in conclusion, the final look is much nicer and more functional with second toilet in the house
-the consultant also advised to enclose the window opening for one side of the shower ,there is still possibility the timber window frame may get mould in couples years even i treated with waterproofing prior of painting
